About the Program

The Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (BSTM) is a comprehensive four-year program designed to foster innovation, adaptability, and resilience in the tourism industry. By blending theoretical knowledge with hands-on industry immersion and practical training, this program equips students to be globally competitive in leadership and managerial roles across various sectors such as tourism planning, travel agency management, travel and tour operations, event planning, and customer service. Its goal is to address the growing need for professionals who can effectively support the tourism and hospitality sectors in the Philippines.

Through a curriculum designed to foster critical skills such as analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, research abilities, intellectual curiosity, and operational competencies, students are well-prepared to contribute meaningfully to the industry.
