Qualified dependent of the AFP who is the recipient of the educational benefit grant.
- Endorsement Letter from AFPEBSO
- Photocopy of the valid of the PNP Personnel
- Copy of PSA-Authenticated Birth Certificate of both AFP personnel and dependent
- Certificate of No Marriage for PCG personnel whose siblings are applying in NU.
