Requirements
Students with High Honors/May Mataas na Karangalan with no grades lower than 90% in all subjects from 1st to 4th quarter can apply to this academic scholarship.
- Certificate coming from the high school signed by the principal indicating the award received by the student
- Complete Grade 12 Report Card (Form 138)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Original copy of PSA-Authenticated Birth Certificate
- Recent 2×2 Colored ID Picture with white background

Note:
Scholarship are still subject to an examination and interview to qualify for the benefits. This can be availed for 4years/5years (depending on the degree program) provided that the student complies with the retention requirements set by the University.
