Requirements
This discount is extended to qualified immediate family members (spouse, children, and sibling of unmarried/single) of an employee of SM or its affiliates.
- Duly signed Certificate of Employment (COE) from the HR Department of SM or affiliates
- Photocopy of company Identification Card (ID) of the employee of SM or its affiliates
- Copy of PSA-Authenticated Birth Certificate of both employee and student applicant/enrollee
