Applicable to dependents of AFP service units: Philippine Army (PA), Philippine Navy (PN), Philippine Air Force (PAF), and Philippine Marine Corps (PMC).
- Complete basic Admissions Requirements
- Letter of Endorsement issued by AFP Educational Benefit System Office (AFPEBSO)
- Birth Certificate of both employee and applicant who will avail the discount/scholarship
- Photocopy of the valid ID of the AFP member
- Employee's Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) for members who will enroll their sibling/s
