Applicable to PMA-endorsed dependents.
- Complete basic Admissions Requirements
- Endorsement letter from the PMA Alumni Educational Foundation (PEFTI)
- Birth Certificate of both employee and applicant who will avail the discount/scholarship
- Photocopy of the valid ID of the PMA Alumna/Alumnus
- Employee's Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) for members who will enroll their sibling/s
