Requirements
This discount is extended to qualified immediate family members (spouse, children, and siblings of unmarried/single) of an employee of SM and its affiliate companies.
- Complete basic Admissions Requirements
- Birth Certificate of both employee and applicant who will avail the discount/scholarship
- Photocopy of the Employee's Company ID
- Updated Certificate of Employment (COE) of the employee
- Employee's Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) if availing the scholarship for siblings
